TBG has strict quality control process and related examination and testing standard, by using the method of statistics during the process and industrial engineering control technology to analyze, solve and prevent the possible quality problems.
Our QC department will make product inspection and submit the testing report within 24hours after mould testing. Report will include full range testing and analysis on product size, appearance, injection techniques and Physical Parameter. We use different inspection standard and tooling for different products.Our Project department gives suggestions on the modification and improvement for rejected product. We have accumulated abundant experience, which applies in mould production and provide good solutions with our customers. In compliance with our continuous improvement on equipments and measuring and test instruments, our product inspection tends to be more professional.
